INGREDIENTS
3-4 STRAWBERRIES
1 SPRIG OF THYME
½ BAR SPOON OF AGAVE NECTAR
25ML LEMON JUICE
SODA WATER

METHOD

MUDDLE STRAWBERRIES WITH THYME, AGAVE NECTAR AND LEMON JUICE.

SHAKE AND STRAIN INTO AN ICE FILLED TALL GLASS.

TOP WITH SODA WATER AND GARNISH.
